Help with a claim

The insurer decides and pays the claim. We work for you in between: we help you report it, list the documents the insurer needs, and follow up with the insurer and surveyor until the amount reaches your bank or a written decision is issued. No login is needed to report a claim.

Our data promise

• Prices without your details. Our quote page shows indicative prices from the vehicle or the ages you enter. We ask for your name, mobile or email only when you choose to buy.
• We never sell your number or any other detail you give us.
• No calls unless you ask. We contact you only about something you have asked us to do — a quote you chose to proceed with, your policy, or your claim.
