Insurance Self-Network Platform — IRDAI (Insurance e-commerce)
1. The platform
www.assanpolicy.com (including its mobile views) is the IRDAI- permitted Insurance Self-Network Platform (ISNP) ofAssan One Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. (“Assan One”), an IRDAI-registered Direct Broker (Life & General), Registration No. 924, CIN U66220MH2023PTC399391. The platform is used to solicit, compare and service insurance online. Insurance is underwritten solely by the respective insurers; Assan One does not underwrite risk.
2. What the platform does
Through this platform you can request and compare quotes across our insurer panel, submit proposal information, buy policies through the insurer's issuance and payment systems, intimate and track claims, and request renewals and policy service. Premium is always paid to the insurer through the insurer's own payment gateway — Assan One does not collect premium into its own account.
3. Fair solicitation and comparisons
Product displays and comparisons are based on information received from insurers and are presented without bias toward any insurer. Recommendations consider the needs you disclose. Premium quotes are indicative until confirmed by the insurer's underwriting. We are remunerated by insurers within IRDAI limits; you pay no fee for using this platform.
4. Records and confidentiality
Proposals, consents, communications and transaction records created on this platform are maintained electronically as required by IRDAI regulations and are retrievable for inspection by the Authority. Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023.
5. Grievances

If unresolved within the prescribed timelines, you may escalate to the insurer concerned, to IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal (bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in), or to the Insurance Ombudsman having jurisdiction.
6. Technology and security
The platform is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), uses verified one-time-password based customer authentication, and limits access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No platform can guarantee absolute security; report suspected misuse to communications@assanone.com immediately.
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Assan One Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is a licensed direct broker; we do not underwrite risk. All premiums and acceptance are subject to insurer underwriting.
